Manage all Loan Types in One Database
We designed the system based on the commonality of your loan programs. With all your data in one place, easy consolidated reporting is a reality. With only one system to deal with, you can bring new programs online without investing in additional software systems, thereby greatly reducing staff training requirements.
Automate Program Compliance
Let the MITAS system help you determine if an applicant is eligible for the program. Each applicant will be checked for income and purchase price limits - compared to federal limits or to your own custom limits.
Secondly, you can set a complete list of variables to check criteria such as loan type, program type, city, county, state, originator, plus many more.
The MITAS system can even tell you which program an applicant qualifies for.
Get a Handle on All Those Allocations!
After creating a funding source (such as a bond issue or grant year) each source can be broken into as many allocations (sub pools) as you need.
Each sub pool has all of the compliance tracking we discussed earlier (Automated Program Compliance). You can also set up minimum set-asides where MITAS will
help ensure that goals (such as targeting) are met.
Forms, Forms and MORE Forms!
The biggest single headache associated with single family programs is the number of documents that must be produced. MITAS allows you to defined all of the needed documents, and then be able to produce them with the click of a button (all this with no customization required). These forms can be produced through Microsoft Word, WordPerfect or the Web.
Everything You'd Ever Want to Know
MITAS knows that reporting is top-priority. Our years of experience tell us that management reporting needs continue to escalate in many companies. With this in mind, we created Management Reporting modules which allow you to analyze your applications and purchases in dozens of ways. In this way, you can
determine whether or not your goals are being met. For example, you could determine average purchase price by country, city, originator, ethnicity, etc.
