Allows the system administrator to set up "Lookers" where the users have view only rights. Take
away user rights to change or delete information by system (Loan Tracking, Cash Receipts Tracking, Financial Reporting, etc.).
Field Level Restrictions enable you to set up view and change restrictions at the field level for each
Insert and Delete Restrictions enable you to restrict a user's ability to insert and delete records by
program (for example: ML702 Loan Tracking).
Calculation and Report Restrictions allow you to restrict which users can run calculate programs or
MITAS "Change" History records changes by operator. When a user (operator) changes a field, the system logs the change listing the Operator, Field Value before it was changed, Date and Time.
You have the ability to view the historical changes for a field on-line.
Insert and Delete History is available (printed only). When a user (operator) inserts or deletes a record, the system logs the Key of the Record, Date and Time.
There is a record of when Calculation/Reports were run. The system logs the time and which user ran a calculation program and a report with which options were chosen.
Security and History have easy set up and maintenance. There is an on-line set up by user which is interactive with the screens.
Security and History are also available on Custom Programmed Modules, Programs, and Reports.
A History Report Writer is available. This report can be sorted by Operator, Program / Field, and Date of Change. You also have the ability to determine at which levels you would like sub-totals.
