MITAS’ inaugural presence at NARHO’s 2006 National Conference and Exhibition in Atlanta was a huge success.
The Conference attracted 1,600 delegates and welcomed MITAS with much excitement and enthusiasm. As a Diamond Sponsor at
this Conference and Exhibition, MITAS thanks everyone for the hospitality shared with us.
For the past 25 years, MITAS has provided solutions for all sectors of the affordable housing industry
including non-profit agencies, state housing authorities and private companies engaged in supporting affordable housing.
MITAS has become the most respected software vendor in the affordable housing industry and has become the leader based on
reputation, industry expertise, and customer service.
MITAS has the commitment from some of the industry’s most respected PHA Practitioners who have aided in
designing a better system for the PHA industry. The MITAS Advisory Council consists of thirteen (13) leading practitioners
representing nine (9) Housing Authorities offering diverse and multifaceted programs. With the assistance of the Advisory
Council, MITAS has incorporated industry best practices and will be able to bring programs to the PHA market easily,
effectively and economically. The Advisory Council consists of practitioners from the Housing Commission of Anne Arundel (MD)
County; Housing Authority of the City of Athens (GA); Livonia (MI) Housing Commission; Meade County (SD) Housing and Redevelopment
Authority; Norfolk (NE) Housing Agency; Housing Authority of Pine Bluff (AR); Housing Authority of the City of Providence
(RI); Housing Authority of the City of Reno (NV); and Vancouver (WA) Housing Authority.
Prior to the formation of the Advisory Council, MITAS conducted a PHA Program Survey. MITAS continues to offer
this survey to all PHAs in an effort to continue to receive feedback from your agency of what is important to you in the industry
today and tomorrow. You may access the survey at PHA Programs Software Survey.
At a time in which our industry faces many challenges, MITAS shares your vision to enhance the quality of life
for the beneficiaries of your programs and reaches out with you to fortify efforts to secure affordable housing opportunities.
