Principal and Interest are Only the Beginning

It's not the P&I that makes a loan tough, it's the other monies that have to be tracked - monies like Replacement Reserve Escrows, Subsidies, or multiple Fees. With the MITAS system, up to 10,000 different accounts can be tracked on every single loan. Our customers have used the system to track Tenant Repayment Agreements, Self Insurance Programs, and just about anything else you could think of.

Sophistication Beyond Other Servicing Systems

In the past, we've responded to our clients' needs by continually enhancing the system. Today, we havemodules for group investments of escrows, single or aggregate escrow analysis, credit bureau reporting, blended loans and loans subsidized from multiple sources. It even integrates with our Project Development module to allow expanded construction accounting.

Customized Correspondence and Reporting

You can customize all letters of correspondence (30, 45, 60 and 90 day letters, payoff statements etc.). Every letter leaving your door can express your management's collections philosophy.

The system comes with dozens of reports, and most data is accessible to the ad-hoc report writer. Any of these reports can be uploaded automatically to your favorite spreadsheet software for further analysis.

The Integration to our Loan Tracking Module gives you an Unlimited Database

Since our Loan Servicing piece is just part of our entire loan tracking portfolio, you have access to an entire world of track able loan data. Everything found on a standard 1003 application form plus much more is just a mouse click away. We also include additional tools for tracking progress or recording notes.
