These accounts represent money 'buckets' which need to be tracked. Examples of these would include Principal, Interest, Deferred Interest, Property Taxes, Insurance, Reserve Escrows, Late Fee Charges and Subsidies.

The Loan Servicing Solution comes with the most common loan types already predesigned in order to accelerate your installation, but you always have the freedom to create your own custom payment and disbursement schedules to match individual loan designs.
