Document Management allows for the electronic organization and secure storage of documents that are either created by a user or imported through the web, permitting these documents to be shared efficiently and appropriately through out your agency.

That part you already knew, what you didn't know is that MITAS designed the entire infrastructure upon document management. Being it is a web based application, we cannot count on local storage of any kind no matter what the file type. Indexing is built into the everday procedures of the users, so they don't even know they are indexing a document when adding something to a file for a loan, vendor, property, etc.

We are concerned with how the user interacts with these documents, yet keep storage of the documents flexible. MITAS needs no other 3rd party software, but is able to integrate with other software such as FileNet or Microsoft Share Point Server.
