Application Features
- Import Tenant transmissions (HUD 50059) and Voucher Payments (HUS 52670) electronically from the Owner/Agent (OA)
- Audit Tenant transactions and Vouchers for Fatal, Discrepancy and Informational errors as found in Appendix C of the MAT User Guide, TRACS Release 2.0.1.A
- Generate MAT Tenant and Voucher Error Reports for each Property in a format compatible with HUD's existing TRACS Message Transmissions

- Deny transactions with Fatal errors
- Accept transactions with Fatal errors and flag for CA review

- Monitor OA's compliance with entry of all resident Certification data in TRACS
- Suspend payments to non-compliant OAs for the entire Property
- Abate individual units and create retroactive adjustments upon end of abatement if necessary
- Create Retroactive rent adjustments for prior effective date interim certifications and move-outs
- Adjust Rent & Utility schedules timely and verify HAP paid on behalf of each resident is accurate
- Process and verify Special Claims for unpaid rent, vacancy losses and resident damages on eligible units
- Calculate Voucher Payments and print Voucher Reports
- Use the Form & Report Writer to define forms and reports that can be exported to standard text files that are compatible with Microsoft Office® products
- Print Demographic, Statistical and Informational reports
- Produce Budget, Estimates and Requisition Forms
- Track PRE and POST-RFP contracts and report on them separately
