Load Property Information
MITAS will load the Property address and contract information from the Summary sheet provided to the CA at the "kick off" meeting (also available from HUD in an Excel spreadsheet upon request).

Send Letter to OAs Requesting TRACS Baseline
MITAS will generate a letter to the OA from the property database requesting a TRACS baseline. Additional information could be requested at the same time, including Form 1199 (EFT) authorization to Electronically Transfer Funds.

Load Baseline Information
MITAS will import baseline Tenant Certifications (50059) and establish rent and utility schedules for each Property. Baseline transmissions will be ongoing during the "transition period" as contract renewals are completed.

Transmit Unit Addresses to HUD
MITAS will export a MAT15 TRACS submission of all unit addresses to HUD. Address transmissions will be ongoing during the "transition period" as contract renewals are completed.

Transmit Baseline to HUD
MITAS will export baseline Tenant Certifications (50059) to HUD for all Properties. Baseline transmissions will be ongoing during the "transition period" as contract renewals are completed.

Create HUD Areas
MITAS will create a table of the County and MSA designations for your state, and assign each property to the appropriate HUD area.

Load Income Limits
MITAS will load Low and Very Low Income Limits for household sizes 1 through 8 for each HUD area in your state based on the most recently published HUD Income Limits.

Load Fair Market Rents
MITAS will load Fair Market Rents by bedroom size for each HUD area in your state based on the most recently published HUD Income Limits

Load Annual Adjustment Factors
MITAS will load the most recently published annual adjustment factors by HUD area in your state.

Create ACC File
MITAS will create ACC records for each contract you are administering. All Estimates, Requisitions, and Year End Settlement Statements are produced from here.

Load Unit Rent History
MITAS will load unit rent histories for each Property (available from HUD in an Excel spreadsheet upon request). A property's unit rent history should be requested for the last month that HUD pays the voucher to the OA.
