Application Features

• Send and Receive TRACS transmissions from the OA
• OA logs into the ITSC with a Secure-ID including Login Name and Password
• OA navigates the entire ITSC system using our friendly Web Interface
• ITCS automatically Imports Tenant transmissions (HUD 50059) and Voucher Payments (HUD 52670) submitted by the OA.
• ITCS automatically Audits Tenant transactions and Vouchers for Fatal, Discrepancy and Informational errors as found in Appendix C of the MAT User Guide, TRACS Release 2.0.1.A
• ITCS automatically generates MAT Tenant and Voucher Error Reports for each Property in a format compatible with HUD's existing TRACS Message Transmissions
• Messages and Error Reports available on-line and/or in a downloadable file at the Owners request
• Voucher Reports, including special claims, abatements and retroactive adjustments available on-line and/or in a downloadable file at the Owners request
• View and Print log of messages not read by OA
• CA can view Property Approvals to monitor properties that have not yet submitted this month's transactions and vouchers
